All services include kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and floors. Higher tiers include deeper detailing and added focus on buildup and overlooked areas. Full service details are listed on our Services page.
No — many of our clients are not home during their clean. As long as we have safe access to your home, we’re happy to clean while you’re away. Your privacy and security are always respected.
Yes. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for families and pets. If you have specific product preferences, please let us know in advance.
The length of time depends on the size of your home, the service tier selected, and the overall condition of the space. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe when you book, but please allow flexibility for thorough cleaning.
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend booking an Elevated or Signature Clean. This allows us the time and detail required to properly reset your space.
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring services. Recurring clients enjoy consistent results and priority scheduling.
Yes. Add-ons such as inside fridge, oven cleaning, interior cabinets, laundry, or interior windows can be added to any service. Add-ons must be requested at the time of booking.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as time is reserved specifically for your appointment.
For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances. We clean around and under items that are easily accessible. Please let us know ahead of time if there are areas you’d like prioritized.
Interior appliance cleaning (such as ovens, fridges, or dishwashers) is not included by default and must be booked as an add-on service.
Yes. Spotless Corp is fully insured for your peace of mind.

Yes. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all new bookings to secure your appointment.
The deposit must be sent via e-transfer to hello@spotlesscorp.ca and will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your cleaning. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Yes. For safety, sanitation, and quality reasons, there are certain areas and items we do not clean.
