Our goal at Spotless Corp is to give every customer outstanding, expert-caliber cleanings. We take immense pride in running a customer-focused company.
Spotless Corp is a woman-led, family owned company. We offer seasonal/deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and regular house cleaning services. All cleaning supplies are non-toxic and safe, and we have all the equipment required to successfully complete the job.
We provide services in Cambridge, Ayr, Waterloo, Guelph, Kitchener, and surrounding areas.

For first-time or one-time cleanings, deposits are mandatory. Once deposits are sent, your appointment is confirmed. If deposits are not sent within 3 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled. To confirm your appointment we ask that you send a $30.00 deposit through E-transfer and include your name with booking. E-Transfers are to be sent to hello@spotlesscorp.ca. No passwords required.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your appointment, you may do so with 24 hour NOTICE. If you wish to reschedule your appointment for another day and time, your deposit can be used to secure that spot. Refunds for cancelled appointments will be sent back to the original payment method (E-Transfer).
If for any reason you are late for your scheduled cleaning, you have a 10 minute grace period. We are typically fully booked, with back to back cleanings so please keep this in mind.
Below are a few items and areas that you’ll have to clean yourself or hire an industry-specific professional to handle.
At Spotless Co, all initial cleanings are charged by the hour. After the initial cleaning, our team will provide you a flat rate based on the needs of your home. With this method we help you focus on your priorities and budget!
We do our best to get your home spotless in the shortest amount of time possible for your convenience and pockets. If you have pets, or have not had a cleaning in a while please expect for us to be there for a longer period of time. Please note that although we can give an estimate or quote, these prices are not firm and can change. There are many factors that can change the amount of time it takes for us to finish. Our estimates are based off previous cleans of a similar size, but this does not guarantee a firm price.
We require a minimum of three hours of cleaning.
For all deep cleans and homes over 2000 square feet, there will be an additional $15/hour.
